Established as a formal company in 1975, MEY İÇKİ SANAYİ LİMİTED transitioned from small-scale production based on manual technology to a smooth and organized series operation. Our production facilities in Northern Cyprus are also our main production base for traditional Cypriot drinks such as Zivania and other alcoholic beverages. In this facility, the most modern technology is integrated with the oldest tactics, creating an absolute balance between reality and efficiency
Our Manisa production facility is entirely focused on the production of Turkish Rakı. Anadolu Rakı is a world-renowned brand, the pride of Turkey, and this facility is dedicated to the cultural and historical heritage of one of Turkey’s most valuable beverages. Each bottle is carefully prepared to preserve the complex and rich aroma of the alcohol.
Meanwhile, our Edirne facility focuses on the production of high-quality wines. This area is located in a region known for its favorable climate that encourages winemaking, and therefore, the wines produced here carry the characteristic features of Edirne’s soil and sun, producing wines with natural flavor and style.

Turkish Raki is a beverage that our Manisa unit focuses on because it holds value in Turkish culture and is still highly sought after both in Turkey and abroad. We ensure that every bottle we produce conforms to Turkish Raki standards and tradition.
Edirne Facility
Located in the Edirne wine-producing region, the unit was established to create a range of excellent wines. The wines produced here have the right taste due to the region’s good soil and climate conditions.

For example, Whiskies and Vodkas require special grains and aging methods, and therefore we import grains and aging processes from reliable suppliers in the UK and other parts of Europe.
In addition to our own product lines, we also offer private label production services for businesses aiming to create their own spirits. From recipe development and packaging design to full-scale production, we manage the entire process under the client’s chosen brand name – always maintaining the same unwavering commitment to quality.
